Jordan Exteriors provides a 12-year workmanship guarantee on all installations, ensuring top quality and lasting value. This guarantee goes beyond the standard manufacturer’s warranty that typically covers materials, adding an extra layer of protection for you.
Our 12-year coverage includes any labor required to address defects related to installation, so you won’t have to worry about unexpected costs during this period.
In addition, we offer a lifetime warranty on the windows we install, giving you even greater confidence in your investment. However, please note that our glass warranty is limited, and any breakage of glass is not covered.
Replacing your windows can be confusing, but Jordan Exteriors is here to help you navigate the entire process.
Beyond the Norm
Unlike other Madison window companies that may only offer a one-year warranty on labor, we believe in going the extra mile. Avoid contractors who only cover labor for the first year, as you may end up paying for warranty work even in cases of material failure beyond your control. We’re committed to correcting any material defect, whether or not it’s related to our workmanship.
While our windows come with a lifetime warranty, please note that the glass has a limited warranty. In the event of glass breakage, warranty coverage is not provided.
Customer Service
At Jordan Exteriors, we will correct any material defect, even if it has nothing to do with the actual workmanship. We believe in old-school customer service, not the meaningless excuses you hear from time to time these days.
